I grew up in the city of Tacoma Washington. I come from a family of six counting mom, and
dad. I have two sisters, one older, and one younger, and a younger brother. I am of mixed
hertitage, my father is african american, and my mother is japanese. I guess that makes me
an afro amerinese.
The sport that I chose to excel in was wrestling. Later in my career I went into
bodybuilding. The major reason that I chose to stay in bodybuilding is the boycott of the
1980 Olympic games, that I spent so many years, training so hard for. That year the games
were in Moscow, Russia, and as the world turns the athletes involved were caught up in a
politcal "cold war."
My carreer continues in the sport of bodybuilding, not as a competitor, but now as a master
of ceromonies. this has allowed me to work with nearly every professional physique star over
the last 20 years. This has opened the door and allowed me to entertain some of hollywoods
finest, as well as the Speaker of The House of The United States of America.

I just want to thank my parents, family, friends, and all the many supporters involved for
making my life's path go in the direction that has traveled. My slice of life to give to
everyone is this, let go of you, and let God.
